Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced RCS engineer to design, analyze, and test radar cross section performance on our next-generation defense systems. This onsite role requires a strong background in STEM and a current security clearance.

You will work in integrated product teams, prepare BOEs, and present results to customers. A degree in STEM with 5–8+ years of experience or an advanced degree is expected, plus knowledge of CEM tools such as SENTRi and XPATCH.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 5+ years (or advanced degree with 5+ years) in related field.
• Experience performing RCS measurement, testing, prediction, or design.
• Active Secret security clearance required on day 1.

Responsibilities

• Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test.
• Work in integrated product teams to incorporate signature control techniques into deliverables.
• Proposal Writing and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.
• Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to internal and external customers.
