Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior Radar Cross Section (RCS) Engineer for onsite work in Tucson, AZ. You will design, analyze, and test RCS, collaborate in integrated product teams, and contribute to signature control in defense systems.

Requires STEM degree and 8+ years, or an advanced degree with 5+ years. A Secret clearance is required. This is an onsite role with comprehensive benefits and relocation considerations may apply.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design
• Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test
• Work in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products and aid in the assessment of system level performance.
• Proposal Writing and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.
• Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to internal and external customers.
