RTX is seeking an experienced Senior RCS Engineer for an on-site role in Tucson, AZ. You will contribute to radar cross section design, analysis, and testing within integrated product teams and support the assessment of system performance.

The position requires a STEM degree with significant experience in RCS, and a current Secret security clearance. Advanced signature control techniques and CEM tools experience are preferred as part of cutting-edge defense projects.

Formación

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
• Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design
• Secret Security Clearance

Responsabilidades

• Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test
• You will work in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products and aid in the assessment of system level performance.
• Proposal Writing and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.
• Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to internal and external customers
