Job summary

RTX, a leader in aerospace and defense, is seeking a skilled engineer for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You will work on Radar Cross Section design, analysis, and testing within integrated product teams, applying advanced signature control techniques to deliver secure, high-performance systems.

Qualifications include a STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, an advanced degree and active Top Secret clearance. The position offers relocation eligibility and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Degree in STEM with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Experience with RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design and Secret Security Clearance.
  • Experience with high temperature RCS reduction techniques.
  • Experience with Infrared signature analysis and reduction techniques.
  • Experience in Laser Cross Section reduction techniques.
  • Experience using industry standard computational electromagnetic (CEM) codes such as SENTRi and XPATCH.
  • Advanced Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
  • Top Secret security clearance.

Salary

Salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
