Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a senior professional to design, analyze, and test Radar Cross Section (RCS) components for advanced signature control. You will work in integrated product teams, develop BOEs, and present results to internal and external customers.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
• Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design
• Secret Security Clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with high temperature RCS reduction techniques
• Experience with Infrared signature analysis and reduction techniques
• Experience in Laser Cross Section reduction techniques
• Experience using industry standard computational electromagnetic (CEM) codes such as SENTRi & XPATCH
• Advanced Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
