RTX is seeking a senior RCS/EM engineer to design, analyze, and test radar cross sections for advanced defense systems. You will collaborate in integrated product teams to apply signature control techniques and assess system performance. Responsibilities include proposal development and presenting testing results to customers.
The role requires a STEM degree with 8+ years of related experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years, and active/transferable U.S. government security clearance.
Location: 1151 E Hermans Rd, Tucson, AZ, BLDG 827C (External Site).
Position type: Onsite.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. Secret - Current Security Clearance Status: Active and existing security clearance required on day 1.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
