Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a skilled Area Loss Prevention Manager to protect assets and lead LP initiatives across multiple stores and districts. You will develop and maintain partnerships with store leadership to minimize shortages, deter theft, and ensure safe, secure environments for associates and customers.

In this role you will drive SPS development, manage investigative activities, and collaborate with corporate LP partners to implement preventive measures and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in driving successful loss prevention, shortage control, accident reduction and fraud prevention programs.
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Achieve shortage reduction goals for assigned stores, districts, or areas.
• Identify shortage risks and partner with stores to address them.
• Coach and train store leadership on best practice execution to minimize shortages.
• Drive an SPS program through hiring, training, and development of SPS associates.
