Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of loss control experience preferred.
• Strong workers' compensation knowledge.
• Ability to conduct training programs for clients.
• Broad knowledge of commercial lines, engineering principles, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Surveys and services commercial risks for workers' compensation.
• Manages service account scheduling and activities for the territory.
• Meets or exceeds all service standards.
• Provides risk improvement recommendations and direct support to insureds.
• Conducts loss control services and training to reduce losses; participates in team efforts to retain accounts.
• Maintains knowledge of applicable codes and company procedures.
