Job summary

Strategic Comp, part of Great American Insurance Group, seeks a Senior Loss Control Consultant for the Mid Atlantic region. You will perform loss control surveys, deliver hazard-reduction recommendations, and train clients to protect their workforce.

Travel is up to 60% and a company car is provided. You should have a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in loss control, strong workers' compensation knowledge, and capabilities in safety engagement and client consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, engineering principles, and loss control concepts.
• Ability to train clients and conduct site visits across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Surveys and services commercial risks for workers' compensation clients.
• Provide loss control recommendations and hazard control guidance.
• Deliver training programs and support services to insureds; travel up to 60%.
