Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of independent agency system and large commercial accounts.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% for meetings and field work.
• Proficient with commercial lines insurance products and risk controls.
• Experience developing training programs for large organizations.
• Self-directed with good time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage loss control services for large, complex or multi-state accounts.
• Provide technical risk consults to underwriting for new/renewal accounts.
• Create service strategies and account-specific plans.
• Develop and present loss analyses and stewardship reports.
• Lead onboarding of new accounts and coordinate with field reps.
• Deliver onsite or virtual training for insureds or agencies.
