Job summary

CMG Financial is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the LOS Platform Team to own end‑to‑end work from requirements to production deployment. You will work with AI agents (Claude Code and CMG’s agentic SDLC) to write code and diagnose issues on a vendor LOS, SQL Server and .NET services stack.

The role emphasizes architecture, production triage, and platform improvements, with strong collaboration with stakeholders and a focus on observable, reliable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional software development.
• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot agent mode or comparable tools on production work.

Responsibilities

• Turns requests into requirements and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Designs and delivers architecture for new tools, integrations and changes.
• Triages production issues, differentiating code defects from data/config/infrastructure problems.
• Directs AI coding agents: scopes tasks, provides context, and validates fixes.
• Leaves systems better tested, observable and safer to change.
