Job summary

CINC Systems, a leading accounting and management software provider for community associations, seeks a Senior LLMOps Engineer to own the deployment, governance, and optimization of AI capabilities in production. This remote, globally accessible role emphasizes reliable, observable, and cost-efficient AI systems across multi-tenant SaaS.

You will lead orchestration, evaluation pipelines, and guardrails while collaborating with AI and product teams to ship safe AI features at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software/DevOps or platform engineering experience in production environments.
• Hands-on experience operating LLM-powered systems in production and knowledge of orchestration frameworks.
• Ability to design observability, evaluation, and cost-control mechanisms for AI workloads.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate LLM orchestration and runtime systems for reliable, low-latency AI workflows.
• Build and maintain evaluation pipelines to measure quality and business impact of AI features.
• Implement end-to-end observability with tracing, metrics, and feedback loops across prompts, agents, and workflows.
• Establish cost-management strategies for LLM usage including budgeting, rate limiting, caching, and optimization.
• Collaborate with AI and product engineers to productionize AI features safely and incrementally.
• Define guardrails for security, privacy, and data handling in AI workflows.
• Support experimentation with new models while ensuring production stability.
• Improve incident readiness and response for AI-related failures and degradations.
