Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP, a leading US professional services firm, seeks a Manager, Long Term Care Clinical Reimbursement to lead and support client engagements in skilled nursing and senior living. You will translate complex reimbursement and regulatory requirements into practical solutions, mentor teams, and help expand services, including education, thought leadership, and strategy development.

The role requires RN license, 5+ years of LTC experience, proficiency with Excel and EMR tools, and

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing and maintain licensure throughout employment.
5+ years of clinical experience in long-term care or senior living.
Advanced knowledge in MDS 3.0, RAI requirements, PDPM, Medicare/Medicaid methodologies.
Ability to analyze clinical, reimbursement, and quality data using Excel and EMR tools.
Experience developing standard workpapers, reports, and training materials.
Willingness to travel for client engagements and industry presentations.

Responsibilities

Lead or support engagements focused on MDS completion and payer regulatory compliance.
Develop and present findings via reports and client-facing recommendations.
Guide clients through medical reviews, audit responses, and remediation plans.
Provide education and thought leadership for clinicians and executives.
Expand clinical consulting services and assist with strategy and growth planning.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver data-driven insights and improve processes.
Support EMR optimization and workflow improvements across clients.
