Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in good standing and maintaining licensure.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in long‑term care or senior living.
• Advanced knowledge: MDS 3.0, RAI, PDPM, Medicare skilled coverage, Medicaid methodologies.
• Ability to analyze clinical, reimbursement, and quality data using Excel and EMR tools.
• Experience creating standardized workpapers, reports, training materials, and presentations.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and industry events.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR navigation.

Aufgaben

• Lead or support engagements on MDS completion and payer regulatory compliance for skilled nursing.
• Develop findings and present via reports and client recommendations.
• Guide clients through medical reviews, audits, and CMS/state remediation plans.
• Provide education, training, and thought leadership for DN, MDS coordinators, and executives.
• Help build new revenue streams and growth strategies in clinical consulting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver data‑driven clinical insights.
• Support EMR optimization and workflow improvements with technology-enabled solutions.
• Manage multiple client projects with professional communication and timely delivery.
• Stay current on evolving clinical compliance requirements and educate teams and clients.
