Job summary

Forvis Mazars LLP is seeking a Senior Clinical Reimbursement Consultant to lead and support engagements in MDS completion, reimbursement optimization, and regulatory compliance for skilled nursing and senior living providers. You will collaborate with internal teams, develop client-ready deliverables, and drive multiple engagements with strong communication and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 5+ years in long-term care or senior living.
• Advanced knowledge of MDS 3.0, RAI, PDPM, Medicare/Medicaid concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support engagements focused on MDS completion and payer regulatory compliance.
• Develop and present findings via work papers, reports, and client-facing recommendations.
• Guide clients through medical reviews, audits, and remediation plans for CMS/state requirements.
• Provide education, training and thought leadership for DONS, MDS coordinators, and executives.
• Expand clinical consulting services and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
