Job summary

LAUKOA in the United States is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Logistics Assistance Training program at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. You will oversee contract execution, coordinate 11 technical personnel, manage the workload schedule, and serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders.

The role requires a Secret clearance, a bachelor's degree in logistics or related field, 8–10 years of Army logistics or readiness experience, and a proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• Secret Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, management, or related field.
• 8–10 years Army logistics/readiness experience.
• 5-year experience managing multi-disciplinary logistics, training, readiness, maintenance, or supply operations.
• Experience with Army G4/S4 organizations and GCSS-Army.

Responsibilities

• Manage all 11 technical personnel and LAT contract execution.
• Develop and maintain the integrated workload schedule.
• Coordinate approximately 188 planned course iterations.
• Balance resources among instruction, SAVs, inspections, onsite assistance, curriculum development, leave, and surge requirements.
• Interface with the COR, Contracting Officer, Division G4, and stakeholders.
• Monitor approximately 21,000 annual technical workload hours.
• Manage instructor availability and cross-utilization.
• Coordinate surge staffing and backup personnel.
• Ensure personnel qualifications, CAC/access, and mandatory training.
• Manage the Quality Control Plan and corrective actions.
• Review monthly performance and government deliverables.
• Coordinate phase-in, transition, and continuity activities.
• Ensure work remains within contract scope and monitor risk and customer satisfaction.
