Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Technician, Logistics in Fairfield, CA to support mission-ready deliveries. You will ensure accurate documentation, compliant packaging, and seamless coordination with internal teams, carriers, and government partners.

This is a 1st shift, Mon-Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM role. You will work with SAP and Excel to compile data, review contracts, and maintain documentation in a fast-paced environment that supports defense programs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or AA/AS with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain ATF access.

Responsibilities

• Create Bills of Lading and shipping labels.
• Submit time-sensitive Shipping Instructions Requests.
• Coordinate shipments with Logistics Team, carriers/freight forwarders and U.S. Government.
• Review contracts to ensure shipments and packaging documents meet customer requirements.
• Maintain compliance and accuracy of shipping documentation.
