Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Durham, NH, is seeking a Shipping Coordinator for an onsite role. You will handle shipping and receiving, manage inventory, and prepare documentation for shipments using an ERP system. The position requires standing most of the shift and occasional local deliveries.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping software is preferred.
• Experience using an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, or Epicor).

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, store, issue and ship items; maintain inventory control.
• Prepare shipping documents and paperwork from customer portals as needed.
• Operate ERP system; verify accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Load/unload with forklift and pallet jack; assist with packing and labelling.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and coordinate with customers as required.
