Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Rockford, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3PM-11PM; training on 1st shift). You will verify shipments, prepare items for shipping, count and store materials, and operate forklifts and related equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This onsite role requires a High School Diploma, US citizenship, 1–2 years of warehouse experience, and RF scanner familiarity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for access to program materials.
• 1–2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• RF scanner experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies and records incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepares items for direct shipping according to customer specs.
• Counts, inventories and stores materials with identifying information.
• Operates forklifts and related material handling equipment.
• Loads/unloads trucks and pallets and communicates with shippers.
• Maintains a neat, safe work area on all shifts.
• 2nd Shift, 3PM–11PM; training on 1st Shift for up to 30 days.
