Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC is seeking a Senior Logistics Systems Analyst in Redlands, CA. This role focuses on serving as the SME for logistics technology platforms, partnering with Ops, Transportation, Supply Chain, and Tech teams to maximize system effectiveness and drive improvements.

You will analyze operational data, create dashboards, train users, and lead change management to ensure effective portal utilization and continuous enhancement of logistics processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, supply chain systems, or technology support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of teamwork.
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or logistics platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to interpret operational and technical information.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert for all logistics portal functionality.
• Support end users with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system navigation.
• Investigate and resolve portal defects, data discrepancies, and workflow issues.
• Escalate technical issues appropriately and partner with development teams through resolution.
• Validate data and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
• Analyze logistics workflows and recommend enhancements to improve performance, visibility, and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements for portal enhancements.
• Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics technology and transportation operations.
• Challenge existing processes and seek innovative solutions.
