Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations Management, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, supply chain systems, or technology support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling, automation).
Experience with TMS, WMS, ERP, or logistics platforms.
Ability to interpret operational and technical information.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary expert for all logistics portal functionality and support end users with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Investigate portal defects, data discrepancies, and workflow gaps; collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation; analyze logistics workflows and define business requirements.
Build reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights and validate data accuracy.
Develop training materials, SOPs, and process documentation; conduct onboarding and refresher training.
