Grain & Protein Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Lead Logistics Specialist to join the Shipping team at our Sioux City, IA location. You will manage daily to monthly schedules, coordinate with customers, and ensure accurate shipping documentation.

Responsibilities include SAP-based scheduling, cycle counts, and resolving shipping conflicts with sales and logistics teams. Equal opportunity employer with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift operator experience required.
• Experience in Shipping/Receiving/Supply Chain preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
• Solid math skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily, weekly, and monthly Ship Via schedules in Shipping SAP and other tools.
• Develop paperwork for loading functions as primary documentation.
• Process orders for all domestic, international, and special shipments.
• Facilitate schedule and level load planning.
• Perform cycle counts and manage stock rotation (FIFO).
• Receive materials and scan into inventory.
• Coordinate with customers and sales to resolve shipping conflicts.
• Prepare proper shipping documentation and communicate order shipments.
