RTX’s Life Cycle Engineering division in Woburn, MA seeks a Senior Logistics Specialist onsite to support AN/TPY-2 programs. responsibilities include asset procurement, tracking requisitions, and reporting with cross-functional teams.

Strong emphasis on inventory management, data analysis, and process improvement. The role requires a university degree or equivalent with 5+ years in logistics, DoD/regulation familiarity, and proficiency in MS Excel/Power BI; relocation may be offered and security

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years of relevant logistics experience.
• Advanced degree in related field with 3+ years of experience is a plus.
• Experience with logistics support, material supply chain, depot warehouse facilities, and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct asset procurement and shipping oversight within cross-functional teams.
• Track assets through requisition and fulfillment processes.
• Prepare internal/external reports and correspondence.
• Develop long-term inventory management strategies aligned with requirements.
• Monitor shipment lead times and calibration/shelf-life dates.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce material lead times.
• Present status and risk reports to teams and customers.
• Investigate inventory or shipping discrepancies.
