Job summary

Transportation Insight, LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead the design and implementation of logistics solutions for clients, combining data analysis with hands-on leadership across sales and implementation teams.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, senior team members, and prospective clients to design profit‑generating solutions that meet stated needs and can be operated within the organization.

Qualifications

• BS degree in business or related field; MBA preferred if not business field
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)

Responsibilities

• Assess a validated prospects’ current supply chain program by documenting current state.
• Understand the client's systems/applications and requirements to propose the best solution.
• Document the future solution to help with the production of presentations and other documentation.
• Help create pricing strategies for Transportation Insight service offerings that are competitive and attractive to prospective clients.
• Assist sales personnel in demonstrating technology platforms that lead to closure of new business.
• Effectively communicate with prospects and clients at the necessary pace via phone, web, and on-site as appropriate.
• Support ongoing improvement by documenting best practices.
