Job summary

ValCorp seeks an experienced logistics instructor/analyst to develop and deliver training across Army sustainment disciplines, including LIS and maintenance management, for field and sustainment readiness. The role focuses on hands-on instruction and real-world training deployment.

You will build assessment programs, briefs, and reports for senior leaders and draft curricula with POIs and TADSS considerations, ensuring compliance with Army regs while coordinating with FORSCOM and the G4 COMET

Qualifications

• Five years' experience managing sustainment and maintenance of Army supplies and equipment.
• Ability to communicate directly to and through correspondence with senior Army leaders, including General Officers.
• Experience in analyzing command logistics programs and presenting corrective recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a logistics assessment, review, and analysis program aligned with applicable regulations and policies.
• Prepare and deliver briefings, point papers, reports, and fact sheets for Commanders.
• Draft training curricula and POI materials for USG approval with emphasis on hands-on instruction.
• Coordinate cyclic QA assistance and provide feedback to FORSCOM and higher commands.
• Provide hands-on evaluation of logistics training and related activities.
