Job summary

ValCorp is seeking an experienced logistics SME to serve as an instructor and course developer. The role focuses on sustainment, maintenance, LIS, and related logistics readiness topics across multiple Army commodity areas.

The candidate will lead development of training curricula, perform logistics assessments, and deliver briefings and reports to senior Army leadership. A strong background in DoD logistics policies and system Proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Must have five years' experience in sustainment and maintenance of Army supplies and equipment.
• Ability to communicate directly to senior Army leaders, including General Officers.
• Experience analyzing command logistics programs and presenting findings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop logistics assessment, review, and analysis program aligned with Army directives.
• Prepare briefings, point papers, reports, and fact sheets for commanders.
• Collaborate with G4 COMET Manager to base the program on applicable regulations and policies.
• Provide training curricula for G4 approval emphasizing hands-on instruction.
