Job summary

HF Sinclair is seeking a Manager, Logistics Operations in Dallas, TX. The role oversees end-to-end movement and distribution of product and feedstock, manages the renewables rail fleet, and leads teams to achieve on-time delivery and cost targets.

You will work with internal teams and external partners to optimize logistics and drive profitability. The position requires a minimum of ten years in rail logistics, a bachelor’s degree in business or logistics, and strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite and related tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Proven leadership in a logistics or rail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end movement and distribution of product and feedstock, ensuring timely execution and accurate invoicing.
• Manage the HF Sinclair renewables rail fleet and optimize movement strategies.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external partners to support reliable distribution and feedstock aggregation.
• Lead and develop staff, manage performance, and ensure on-time delivery and cost targets.
• Ensure transportation assets are in place to support shipments.
