Job summary
HF Sinclair in Dallas, TX is seeking a Logistics Performance & Analysis Supervisor to drive visibility into logistics service and cost performance. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- 4+ years in supply chain/logistics, data analysis, reporting, or spend visibility.
- Strong MS Excel and data analysis tool experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards and KPIs for service levels and vendor performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve performance variances and data gaps.
- Prepare analyses and recommendations for planning and forecasting.
- Present performance analysis, key drivers, risks, and actions to management.
- Standardize reporting processes, data definitions, and controls.
- Guide use of reporting tools like Power BI and ERP systems.
- Lead and coach a Logistics Performance & Analysis Specialist.
