Job summary

HF Sinclair in Dallas, TX is seeking a Logistic Performance & Analysis Supervisor to drive enterprise-wide visibility into logistics service and cost performance. The role supports the logistics department with data analysis, reporting, spend visibility and operational controls to improve service levels and vendor performance.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, analyzing trends, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and standardizing reporting to ensure accurate metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years progressive experience in supply chain/logistics, data analysis, reporting, or spend visibility.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI and ERP systems.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop logistics reports, dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards for service levels and vendor performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, exceptions, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve variances, data discrepancies, and process gaps.
• Prepare analysis and recommendations for planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Lead and mentor a Logistics Performance & Analysis Specialist.
• Standardize reporting processes and data definitions for reliable reporting.
