Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years’ experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• 5 years leading high-performance teams (direct or IPT).
• Experience in project management with cost, schedule, and quality responsibilities.
• Experience presenting to internal leadership and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse group and coordinate with program management, customers, peers, and leaders.
• Oversee program oversight, functional management, and multi-program coordination.
• Drive staffing, performance reviews, and career development.
• Support proposal activities and acquisition processes.
• Improve contractual performance in repair turn-around times.
