Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience; OR a Masters Degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
• 5 years of experience overseeing and leading high-performance teams, either in direct management or IPT lead capacity
• Demonstrated project management experience, including managing multiple priorities with cost, schedule, and quality responsibilities
• Demonstrated experience conducting briefings/presentations to internal leadership and external customer interfaces concerning functional or program execution.
• Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Product Support, Logistics Program Management (LPM) and Technical Documentation & Training (TDT) team.
• Coordinate across multiple programs and functional departments to improve performance.
• Provide strategic vision, growth planning, and executive-level communication with customers and management.
• Oversee staffing, workload forecasting, and performance assessments; drive process improvements.
