Senior Logistics Program Manager - REMOTE (Finance)

A Day in the Life

The Sr. Logistics Program Manager will serve as a global project professional responsible for organizing, planning, and leading team execution of supply chain improvement projects and programs. These efforts aim to optimize service, cost, and inventory. The individual will collaborate with Supply Chain Leaders/Partners across functions and regions to drive simplification, cost and service optimization, breakthrough innovation, and process improvement aligned with strategic roadmaps.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Deliver Shared Services PMO and is based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and lead team execution of supply chain improvement projects.
  • Apply project management best practices to develop schedules, budgets, and resources; assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Create a collaborative team culture, coordinate project activities, lead status meetings, and communicate project updates.
  • Present project updates to management, lead phase gate reviews, and communicate key issues.
  • Ensure high-quality, compliant outputs aligning with quality policies and procedures.
  • Lead unbiased core teams, considering all voices before decisions.
  • Perform data analysis and generate recommendations for process improvements.
  • Lead process mapping exercises and root cause analyses.
  • Support continuous improvement of processes and tools used by the office.
Qualifications
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree or equivalent, with 7+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Nice to Have
  • MBA, PMP, experience in logistics/global supply chain, Lean Sigma Green Belt, APICS-CSCP, project management software experience, extensive program management experience, financial modeling skills, strong influence and communication skills, and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
