A Day in the Life

The Sr. Logistics Program Manager will serve as a global project professional responsible for organizing, planning, and leading team execution of supply chain improvement projects and programs. These initiatives aim to optimize service, cost, and inventory. The individual will collaborate with Supply Chain Leaders and Partners across functions and regions to drive simplification, cost and service optimization, breakthrough innovation, and process improvements aligned with strategic roadmaps.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Deliver Shared Services PMO and is based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and lead team execution of supply chain improvement projects.
  • Apply project management best practices to develop schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Create a collaborative team culture, coordinate activities, and lead status meetings.
  • Present project updates to management and lead review presentations.
  • Ensure quality and compliance in project outputs.
  • Lead unbiased decision-making processes considering all team voices.
  • Perform data analysis and generate process improvement recommendations.
  • Lead process mapping and root cause analysis exercises.
  • Support continuous improvement of processes and tools within the organization.
Qualifications
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree or equivalent as per 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
  • Minimum of 7 years relevant experience, or 5 years with an advanced degree.
Nice to Have
  • MBA, PMP, Lean Sigma Green Belt, APICS-CSCP certifications.
  • Experience in logistics or global supply chains.
  • Proficiency with Planisware software.
  • Experience managing complex programs and budgets.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and influence management skills.
