Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Senior Logistics Management Analyst to support acquisition logistics and lifecycle management for US Navy programs, including combat and weapons control systems. The role involves program management support, financial tracking, and process improvement across in-service and new construction ships.

The position starts on-site in Washington, DC, then transitions to a hybrid schedule (2–3 days on-site).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years of Acquisition Logistics experience.
5+ years Navy Program Management experience (NAVSEA/Submarines preferred).
Ability to develop spend plans.
Active Secret clearance (US citizenship required).
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro, and MS Word.
Strong communication and organizational skills; detail oriented.
Able to work in-person at Washington, D.C. WNY.

Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders and maintain an action tracker to ensure tasks are completed correctly, comprehensively, and on time.
Maintain financial trackers, participate in meetings, and monitor cost and schedule impacts.
Consolidate comments and evaluate briefs, naval messages, and ensure Logistics Products and ILS Certification progress are tracking to on-time completion.
Hybrid on-site attendance is required.
