Job summary

FNS, INC. is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Leader to oversee the Ingot, Wafer, and Cell manufacturing logistics.

You will manage daily warehouse activities, ensure safe and efficient production support, and be the primary liaison for customer communications and operational issue resolution. You will develop and implement strategies to boost productivity, quality, and cost efficiency, supervise Shift Managers, track KPIs, and lead cross-functional collaboration across Production,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, business administration or related field.
• 7–10 years in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing operations preferred.
• Leadership experience managing supervisors or teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and logistics processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and logistics operations for manufacturing areas.
• Manage daily operations to ensure safe, efficient production support.
• Serve as primary contact for customer communications and issue resolution.
• Develop strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Supervise Shift Managers and teams, with coaching and workforce planning.
• Monitor KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Production, Quality, Safety, Engineering.
• Ensure compliance with policies, customer requirements, and safety regulations.
• Support new production launches and capacity expansion.
• Prepare operational reports for senior management.
