Job summary

FNS, Inc. is seeking a seasoned logistics and warehouse operations leader to oversee the Ingot, Wafer, and Cell manufacturing areas.

You will manage daily operations, ensure safe and efficient production, and serve as the main contact for customer communications and issue resolution. The role requires 7–10 years in warehouse/logistics with leadership experience and familiarity with high-volume manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7–10 years in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or supply chain operations.
  • At least 7 years leading supervisors or operational teams.
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments (battery, semiconductor, solar, automotive) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall warehouse and logistics operations for the Ingot, Wafer, and Cell manufacturing areas.
  • Manage daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and operational issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Supervise Shift Managers and team members, providing coaching, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with Production, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Support new production launches, process stabilization, and capacity expansion projects.
  • Prepare operational reports and present business updates to senior management.

Shift E: Mon - Fri(8am : 5pm)

  • Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments (battery, semiconductor, solar, automotive, or related industries preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.
