Job summary
Actus Nutrition in Eden Prairie, MN, seeks a Sr. Manager, Logistics Operations (Finance) to lead transportation, warehousing, fleet and driver management across the network. You will develop cost‑effective, safe, compliant logistics solutions aligned with production schedules and customer commitments.
You will supervise the Fleet Coordinator and related roles, manage budgets and KPIs, partner with Operations, Finance and HR, and drive continuous improvement in service, cost and asset utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years in logistics/transportation/SC with leadership responsibilities.
- Experience in rail, warehousing, fleet operations, and driver management.
- Knowledge of multimodal transportation and safety/compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day and long-range logistics operations across rail, warehousing, fleet, and other modes.
- Direct rail operations, including carrier relationships, routing, and cost management.
- Oversight of warehousing capacity, inventory flow, and service expectations.
- Lead fleet operations, including dispatch, maintenance, leases, and fuel programs.
- Oversee driver management, recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and performance.
