Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of salaried and hourly employees and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to align on needs and expectations.
• Be responsible for payroll of employees.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L and provide reports to senior management.
• Handle accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
