Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead day-to-day logistics operations, coordinating inbound, warehousing, and outbound activities to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role partners with Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Procurement, and 3PLs to optimize transport, inventory, and compliance, while mentoring logistics staff and driving process improvements across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing international shipments, carriers, freight forwarders, and customs processes.
• Professional certifications (ASCM/APICS/CSCMP) are considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to meet operational needs.
• Manage transportation planning, shipment execution, tracking and delivery follow-up.
• Oversee import/export activities and customs documentation.
• Collaborate with warehouses and 3PL providers to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as primary logistics contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Track OTIF, freight cost, lead times, and carrier performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes.
