Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking a Distribution Coordinator to manage receiving and shipping operations in a busy distribution center. You will handle data entry, document control, and coordination with carriers, internal teams, and warehouse staff to ensure timely, accurate shipping and receiving processes.

The role supports daily dock operations, maintains critical records, and helps drive inventory and order flow across the facility, using SAP and Red Prairie within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to enter data accurately for shipping/receiving.
• Review and verify shipping documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Experience with warehouse systems to track shipments and inventory.
• Comfort using ERP platforms and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage carrier check-in and driver sign-in logs.
• Issue Bills of Lading to drivers and ensure documentation is complete.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipment schedules to support on-time operations.
• Assign dock doors with supervisor approval to optimize flow.
• Enter shipping/receiving transactions in ERP/WMS systems.
• Review documents for accuracy and obtain required signatures.
• Maintain organized distribution records and filing systems.
• Communicate changes and discrepancies to CSRs and warehouse staff.
• Update orders and reflect changes in the system.
• Track shipments in WMS/SAP/Red Prairie and generate reports.
