Job summary

Mount Faber Leisure Group Pte Ltd in New Haven, CT is hiring a Retail Warehouse Coordinator to manage warehouse operations and inventory movements in accordance with SOPs and safety standards. You will receive and verify inventory from local and overseas suppliers, maintain accuracy through stock checks and reconciliations, and coordinate distribution to retail outlets to support sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' or 'N' Level qualifications.
• 2+ years in logistics, warehouse or inventory management.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Basic computer literacy and ERP system experience.
• Valid Class 3 driving license.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks and work outside normal hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage Retail warehouse operations and inventory movements in line with SOPs and safety requirements.
• Receive and verify inventory transactions and document stock deliveries from local and overseas suppliers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via stock monitoring, replenishment planning, variance investigation and reconciliation.
• Fulfil stock requisitions and coordinate distribution to retail outlets to support sales.
• Conduct stocktakes, maintain warehouse records, and assist audits and governance.
• Support projects, outlet openings, pop-ups, and events with inventory control.
• Identify process improvements to boost warehouse efficiency and service levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

About the role

The individual will manage Retail warehouse operations and inventory movements in compliance with SOPs.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Retail warehouse operations and inventory movements in compliance with SOPs, inventory controls and Workplace Safety & Health requirements.
• Receive, verify and process inventory transactions accurately for stocks delivered by local and overseas suppliers, ensuring proper documentation and inventory records.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through effective stock monitoring, replenishment planning, variance investigation and inventory reconciliation.
• Fulfil stock requisitions and coordinate timely distribution of merchandise to retail outlets and business operations to support sales and operational requirements.
• Conduct stocktakes, maintain warehouse documentation, and support audit, compliance and governance requirements.
• Support retail projects, outlet openings, temporary retail operations (e.g. pop-up stores and temporary counters), promotional events and other inventory-related operational initiatives as assigned.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy and service deliver.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' or 'N' Level qualifications.
• Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehouse Operations certification will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in logistics, warehouse or inventory management.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory/ERP systems.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Possess a valid minimum of Class 3 driving license.
• Able to perform physical tasks to perform warehouse and logistics-related duties.
• Willing to support operational requirements outside normal working hours, including weekends, public holidays, stocktakes, retail events, outlet openings, temporary retail operations and night works when required.
