Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the logistics operations team, setting daily priorities and coaching team members.
• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations across inbound and outbound transportation in line with service levels.
• Manage KPIs: on-time delivery, transit performance, costs, and carrier performance.
• Provide first-level escalation management for operational issues and risks.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure shipment requirements and delivery performance.
• Drive continuous improvement across logistics operations to reduce cost and improve service.
