Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational projects across fulfillment, repair, reverse logistics, and rebox.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
• Ensure delivery on time and within budget with quality objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Design optimized warehouse workflows and SOPs.
• Monitor performance metrics and present to leadership.
