Job summary
Electrify America, LLC is seeking a Technical Field Service Manager to serve as the primary technical resource for manufacturer equipment across the Electrify America network. The role provides advanced technical support for charger dispensers, power cabinets, cables/connectors, controls, and communications, coordinating with OEMs, Engineering, and field teams.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in field service or equipment troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required.
- Strong knowledge of DC fast‑charging equipment and electrical systems.
- Excellent communication with OEMs, NOC, and field teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary technical resource for manufacturer equipment across the network.
- Diagnose failures and develop corrective actions with OEMs and Engineering.
- Translate OEM guidance into actionable direction for operations and field teams.
- Support field investigations, root cause analysis and knowledge management.
- Coordinate with vendors and commissioning teams for repairs and updates.
