Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing operations experience, including 2+ years in a management role.
• Demonstrated experience managing shipping/receiving, inventory control, and material handling teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and material flow concepts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to analyze operational data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities
