Job summary

Suzano seeks a Senior Logistics Manager to lead warehousing, shipping, transportation, and 3PL coordination from manufacturing to customers. You will drive OTIF performance, control logistics costs, and build a strong talent pipeline to support future leadership and operational needs.

You will partner with Production, Procurement, and Customer Service to align capacity and requirements, while transforming logistics processes and ensuring safe, compliant operations across rail and truck networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day logistics operations across warehousing, shipping, transportation, and finished goods activities.
• Oversee transportation operations using rail and truck to ensure on-time and in-full deliveries.
• Manage 3PLs, external warehouses, freight partners to maintain service quality and cost efficiency.
• Develop the logistics leadership team and succession plans for future leadership.
• Build internal talent pipelines to support workforce planning and future needs.
• Develop and monitor scores and KPIs related to OTIF, productivity, costs, and service levels.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Customer Service to align capacity and customer requirements.
• Drive change management to modernize processes and reduce waste.
• Oversee export and transportation activities and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Resolve logistics-related customer issues and implement corrective actions.
