Job summary

YAGEO Group seeks a Logistics Sr. Supervisor for the Atlanta, GA distribution center to lead 3PL operations onsite, ensuring safe warehousing, accurate inventory, timely order fulfillment, and compliant cross-border shipping.

You will oversee SAP transaction integrity, import/export compliance, and service performance while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. A BS in supply chain or related field with 5+ years in logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience supporting warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, and international logistics.
• Experience with international logistics and cross-border import/export operations.
• Experience troubleshooting SAP transactions in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Proven vendor management against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite representative at the 3PL distribution center for safe, compliant warehouse operations.
• Oversee daily shipping/receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, returns, and cross-border logistics.
• Drive inventory accuracy with cycle counts, discrepancies, and corrective actions.
• Ensure on-time, accurate customer orders; manage backorders and service exceptions.
• Monitor SAP S/4HANA transactions and resolve issues impacting operations.
• Coordinate international shipments, import/export compliance, and customs docs.
• Hold 3PLs accountable for SLAs and KPIs; resolve performance gaps.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Procurement, Transportation, Customer Service, and Freight partners.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions across logistics.
• Review freight activity, BOLs, and charges to control costs and recover charges.
• Develop reporting and metrics to drive continuous service and cost improvements.
