Job summary

EAE USA is seeking a SAP Logistics & Fulfillment Specialist in Tucker, GA to turn customer orders into successful deliveries. You will own SAP processes from quotation to fulfillment, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure accurate inventory, documentation, and billing.

The role requires hands-on SAP experience (ECC/S/4HANA), strong SD/LE knowledge, and a proactive problem-solving mindset to maintain customer commitments and streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or an equivalent field.
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP experience in ECC or S/4HANA with strong SAP SD knowledge.
• Experience with SAP SD and LE transactions, including Sales Orders and Deliveries.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment processes.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, engineered products, or project-based environments.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to troubleshoot SAP and operational issues and drive resolution.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of SAP processes from quotation to fulfillment.
• Convert quotations and contracts into accurate SAP Sales Orders with pricing and terms.
• Maintain Sales Orders through the fulfillment lifecycle using SAP SD and LE.
• Collaborate with Project Execution, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics to ensure on-schedule orders.
• Review data for issues impacting fulfillment, billing, or delivery.
• Maintain pricing conditions within quotations and Orders for accurate billing.
• Provide day-to-day SAP and operational support to project teams.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate risks or delays to stakeholders.
• Create and manage Outbound Deliveries with inventory checks and export compliance.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Warehouse on stock transfers and shipment timing.
• Support warehouse with returns processing and delivery maintenance.
• Perform Goods Receipt postings to support AP processes.
• Align SAP and physical fulfillment with project goals.
• Develop understanding of SAP integrations across SD, WM, MM, PP, FI and external systems.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to reduce disruption.
• Build broader understanding of EAE USA’s processes and how SAP enables execution and delivery.
