Job summary

Capsule is a next-generation pharmacy delivering medication, with a national footprint and a focus on fast, reliable service. We seek a Senior Logistics Associate for our Harlem pharmacy to lead last-mile delivery operations and coach a team of Logistics Associates in real-time decision making.

Responsibilities include route management, on-shift risk/opportunity mitigation, courier onboarding, and serving as the on-site contact in the absence of the Logistics Manager.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent, plus 2+ years in operations/logistics.
• Strong real-time decision making and problem solving in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; calm, effective leadership under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead last-mile delivery operations and route management.
• Provide on-shift leadership and handle escalations with couriers and partners.
• Support courier onboarding and on-site orientation at the Harlem pharmacy.
• Act as primary on-site lead in absence of Logistics Manager to ensure service levels and safety.
