Capsule in New York is hiring a Logistics Manager for our Harlem pharmacy operations. You will lead a courier team, coach staff, ensure scheduling fairness, and uphold operational targets in a fast-paced healthcare delivery environment.

This on-site role requires strong frontline leadership, a focus on staff development, and collaboration with other leaders to continuously improve processes and performance. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
